The unique composition of CDP is a balance of collective and company. Certain activities and contributions, like attendance at rehearsals, are required of all company members, while others are determined by the individual's availability and interest, like contributing to choreography. Members are compensated through a profit-share system that takes into account adherence to company guidelines and requirements, and participation in additional creative and administrative duties. Members will be contracted for a year-long, 2-show season.
